hopf DIGITAL LED DISPLAY 3550 FOR CONTROL PANEL INSTALLATION     The digital display hopf 3550 is a 7 segment LED display for control panel installation designed in accordance with DIN 43700. With 6 digits and 16 individual LEDs, time or date as well as the day of week and various status information can be displayed. With a character height of 25mm (1 inch) the display is properly readable at a distance of up to 8 meters (26 feet). In order to configure and operate the display hopf 3550 four buttons are integrated into the front panel. The menu-driven navigation assists the user in entering the necessary configuration information. The display can be synchronized using DCF77 time code or DCF77 pulse signals. No manual setting of the clock's time is required (not even after a power failure). Alternatively, the display is available with a network connection interface in order to be synchronized using NTP (Network Time Protocol). The brightness of the LEDs may be adjusted to the environmental lighting conditions. In addition, various models of the display are available depending on the individual input voltage requirements (AC and DC). Due to maintenance-free operation and high reliability the display hopf 3550 achieves a high degree of availability in combination with a flexible field of application.
